5 Identity Declarations
Every Kingdom Woman
Needs

Rooted in the Order of Melchizedek โ€”
Priest in the Secret Place. Queen in the Marketplace.
ReignWell

Sister, you were not made to choose between the altar and the empire.

The world will tell you to pick one. Be the prayerful one or the powerful one. Stay in the prayer closet or go build your business. The calling of God says: both.

This is the mystery of the Order of Melchizedek โ€” priest and king, woven together in one person, by design. Jesus himself holds this office (Hebrews 7:17), and through Him, so do you.

"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
1 Peter 2:9

These five declarations are not affirmations. They are not positive thinking. They are anchors โ€” scripture-rooted truths you speak aloud to re-align your identity with what God has already declared over you.

Speak them daily. Speak them when you don't feel like it. Speak them especially when the enemy is loud and your faith is quiet.

How to Use These Declarations

  1. 1 Choose a consistent time each day โ€” morning is powerful, but any time is right.
  2. 2 Read the scripture reference first. Let the Word sink in before you speak.
  3. 3 Speak the declaration aloud. Not in your head โ€” out loud. Words have weight.
  4. 4 Sit in it for 30 seconds. Let your spirit receive what your mouth has declared.
  5. 5 Return to ReignWell for deeper tools: devotionals, journals, and community.
01
Declaration One
I Am a Daughter of the King
"All glorious is the princess within her chamber; her gown is interwoven with gold. In embroidered garments she is led to the king."
Psalm 45:13โ€“14a
Reflection

Before you were a businesswoman, a mother, a leader, a friend โ€” you were a daughter. And not just any daughter. You are the daughter of the Most High God, the King of Kings. This is not a metaphor. It is your legal and spiritual identity. The psalmist paints a picture of a princess arrayed in gold being led into the king's presence โ€” that is you, right now, exactly as you are. You were not adopted into poverty. You were not grafted into a struggling household. You entered a Kingdom. Walk accordingly.

Speak This Aloud
"I am a daughter of the King of Kings. I carry royal blood. I am clothed in His righteousness, arrayed in His glory. My identity does not come from what I produce, what I earn, or what others say about me โ€” it comes from whose I am. I am the King's daughter, and I carry myself accordingly."

Declaration Two
I Am a Priest โ€” Called to the Secret Place
"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
1 Peter 2:9
Reflection

Under the old covenant, only certain men could enter the most holy place. Under the new covenant, through Christ, you are the priesthood. You have direct access to the Father โ€” no intermediary needed, no appointment required. The secret place is not a reward for spiritual achievement; it is your inheritance as a daughter of God. This priestly calling is the foundation of everything else you carry. The woman who knows how to dwell in God's presence cannot be shaken by what happens outside of it. Your prayer life is not a discipline. It is an identity.

Speak This Aloud
"I am a priest before God. I have direct access to the Father through Jesus Christ. The veil was torn for me. I carry the presence of God wherever I go. My prayer life is not a checkbox โ€” it is the wellspring of everything I am and everything I do. I am called to the secret place, and from that place I am strengthened for every assignment."
03
Declaration Three
I Am a Queen โ€” Appointed to Rule Well
"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue."
Proverbs 31:25โ€“26
Reflection

The Proverbs 31 woman is not an impossible standard โ€” she is a prophetic portrait of who you already are in Christ. She is clothed in strength, not striving for it. She rules her household, her business, her sphere with wisdom and dignity. She laughs at the future because she is not afraid of it. That fearlessness is not arrogance โ€” it is faith. You were not called to shrink in your marketplace. You were appointed to reign there. Your influence, your business, your leadership โ€” these are expressions of kingdom authority. You are not "just" anything. You are a queen, appointed to rule well.

Speak This Aloud
"I am clothed with strength and dignity. I was not called to shrink โ€” I was called to reign. I lead with wisdom. I build with excellence. I do not fear what is ahead because I serve the God who holds tomorrow. I am appointed to rule well in my home, my business, and every sphere of influence God has given me."
04
Declaration Four
I Am Set Apart for Kingdom Purpose
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
Jeremiah 1:5
Reflection

Before you took your first breath, before anyone knew your name, before you made a single choice โ€” God knew you. He didn't just know you; He set you apart. The Hebrew word used here means to be consecrated, dedicated, made holy for a specific use. You were not an accident. You were not a coincidence. You were a divine design, purposefully crafted, intentionally placed in this time and this culture and this moment. The assignments on your life were written before you were born. The question is not whether you have a purpose โ€” it is whether you will walk in it.

Speak This Aloud
"I was known before I was formed. I was set apart before I was born. My life is not an accident โ€” it is an assignment. God had a plan for me before I had a name, and that plan is not canceled by my past, my failures, or my doubts. I am consecrated for kingdom purpose, and I will walk in it with boldness."
05
Declaration Five
I Walk in Both Altar and Empire
"But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today."
Deuteronomy 8:18
Reflection

God is not divided against Himself. The same God who calls you to prayer calls you to build. The same Holy Spirit who leads you into worship leads you into the marketplace. Wealth-building is not a distraction from your calling โ€” it is a vehicle for it. Deuteronomy makes it plain: God gives you the ability to produce wealth as a confirmation of His covenant. This means your business, your income, your financial growth โ€” these are covenant expressions. The kingdom needs women who can thrive at the altar and in the empire, who refuse to be less than their full calling. That woman is you.

Speak This Aloud
"I do not have to choose between worship and wealth. I am called to both. God gives me the ability to produce โ€” and I honor Him by building well. I walk in the secret place and I walk in the marketplace, and I do not apologize for either. I am a kingdom woman: priest and queen, altar and empire, both and always."
You Are Just Getting Started

Walk in who God says you are โ€”
not who the world says you should be.

These five declarations are a beginning. ReignWell exists to give you the daily tools to live from your identity, not toward it โ€” devotionals, journals, planners, and a community of women who refuse to choose between the altar and the empire.
